The MOVE competition held the weekend of February 10th-12th was the first time that all age divisions of Soul2Sole Dance, Inc. competed and the results were AMAZING!!  From our first-year Prep dancers (ages 6-8) through our Company Too and Elite dancers (ages 9-18), we witnessed a display of technique, flair, sportsmanship, and comraderie that has become the mainstay of  Company at Soul2Sole Dance, Inc.
All age divisions and teams had impressive results, earning an overall total of 39 Platinum and 4 High Gold Medals.  Added to this, 40 of the expertly choreographed dances placed in the Top Ten against numerous studios from throughout the Chicagoland area.

Company Prep – 3rd place overall Petite Recreational Division;
Gravity Prep — 5th place overall Petite Recreational Division;
Company Too (Inspire) — 1st and 4th place overall Junior Recreational Division;

Company Gravity (Juniors) — 2nd and 3rd place overall Junior Recreational Division;

Soul2Sole Dance, Inc. is proud of all its Company members for their outstanding showing at the ADRENALINE  convention/competition, held the weekend of January 13th-15th at the O’Hare Hyatt.   Accolades were received by all.

It was a great honor to have so many members of our various Companies be recognized by Adrenaline judges for dance scholarships.  Congratulations to:  Taylor Bondy, Jocelyn Kahn, Eden Kawer, Sydney Kessel, Becca Ohel, Laney Smith, Kaitlyn Soloway, Allison Wengerhoff, and Alexis Zdanov. 

In addition, members of Soul2Sole Dance, Inc. Company Elite earned a total of 2 Ultimate Platinum, 11 platinum and 10 high gold awards.

In the category of solos and duos:
Congratulations to: Jennifer Affrunti/1st place in Senior Solo,  Danielle Affrunti/1st place in Teen Solo,  Nikki Friedman/3rd place in Senior Solo, Rachel Locker/3rd place in Teen Solo, Maggie Guetzloff/5th place in Teen Solo,  and Charlie Harris and Kaitlyn Soloway/1st place in Teen Duo.
